Do stuff. Be clenched, curious. Not waiting for inspiration’s shove or society’s kiss on your forehead. Pay attention. It’s all about paying attention. Attention is vitality. It connects you with others. It makes you eager. Stay eager.

desire reminds us that we are not free

and gives us hope that one day we will be

desire is the drug of potentiality? it is the shadow of power. it exists between the imaginary and the real. with desire we can imagine how it feels to manifest a vision. it is the closest we can come to being our thoughts/dreams.  there is (potential) energy behind desire.  it is that energy that we crave. people fall into desire, because it hints at pure thought energy without restriction. to move past desire into manifestation is to have no needs, to lack nothing…to throw off the shackles of this world. in desire we can almost feel the joy of manifested potential even as we are pressed hard against the pain of how far we have yet to go.

without the drug effects of desire, we could not bear the pain of living as we do, always partially imprisoned.
